The Campus is going digital with a Smart Student Management System.
As Kuwala School expands, we’re excited to announce the rollout of a cutting-edge Management Administrative program! This innovative system seamlessly collects, analyzes, communicates, and stores essential academic data on each student’s performance.
The Smart Student Management System (SIMS) provides an interface for teachers to track and collect students’ outcomes in each subject, store marks, and closely follow the areas requiring additional learning and application help. The system can track student enrollment, update continuous, detailed assessments, and monitor each student’s performance in all subjects. The system has a dynamic teacher dashboard displaying key performance indicators. The system has three communication interfaces: A WhatsApp® integration, text messages, and a parent portal. Parents with access to technology can log in to access their child’s report cards. Teachers can communicate with parents, as the distance from the campus is too far for many to speak in person.
